At Bupa Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If your frames or sunglasses aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your eyewear is in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging, cases, and cleaning cloths included.

  Reach out to our customer care team or visit your local Bupa Optical store to initiate your return request and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your return back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our optical experts inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
