How long will it take to receive my prescription glasses?
Most prescription orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Custom lenses or complex prescriptions may require additional time for quality assurance.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and lenses?
Yes, all Bupa Optical frames and lenses come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any manufacturing defects or structural flaws.
Can I use my health fund rebate for online purchases?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we will provide an itemized tax invoice containing all the necessary provider and item codes required for you to claim your rebate manually through your health fund.
What is your return policy if I am not happy with my choice?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your frames don't fit perfectly or you aren't happy with the style, you can return them in original condition for an exchange or refund.
How do I provide my prescription details?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during the checkout process or enter the details manually. Ensure your prescription is less than two years old and includes your Pupillary Distance (PD).
